Requires a Compute Box ST-RB-028-0002. OnRobot Screwdriver is designed for light industrial and collaborative robots. Intelligent error detection and multiple screw size handling will ensure consistent results and reduce your cycle time dramatically. Fully electric, no need for air supply. Handles screw sizes from M1.6 to M6 up to 50mm long. Torque control ranges from 0.15 Nm to 5 Nm for consistent and accurate screwdriving. Safety stop is automatically activated if a screw is exposed to excessive force along its axis, with alert lighting to indicate the issue. Compatible with ISO50 (50mm bolt pattern and 6mm bolts) cobot tool flanges, with one of the following OnRobot accessories: Tool changer (ST-RB-028-0004), Dual Tool Changer (ST-RB-028-0003) or Force-Torque Sensor (ST-RB-028-0016).
