Minimalist design to reduce both weight and cost, but still be sturdy. Choose any material you'd like (Bamboo, Maple, acrylic, etc) and cut to size with any of features of your choosing for the table top. Exposed edges allow for more customizations to be easily attached such as shelves, monitor stands, drawers, handles, etc. and cables can be routed down the legs.
