Part Presenter Base for Machine Tending

This part presenter base for machine tending applications, features a 30 degree mounting surface that is compatible with four different standard part trays that are available on the Vention platform. Alternatively, custom part trays can be designed to hold any shape and size of stock material. The base is mobile, with floor anchoring provisions to secure the base during robot operation. The compact design houses the robot controller, with a side door with DIN rails to mount components like air preparation stations and auxiliary controls. A side bulkhead includes 110-220 V connectors, ethernet and pneumatic passthroughs, e-stop module passthrough, and 16 field wireable leads. Compatible with UR10e, UR20, UR30, FANUC CRX-10iA/L, CRX-20iA/L, and ABB GoFa10 and GoFa12 robots. An optional safety kit includes two Datalogic area scanners for 360-degree coverage.
